IRISH MUD PIE (MICROWAVE) 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie pan (microwaveable) spread with non-stick spray. Place pie pan on inverted saucer. Microwave 8 to 12 minutes at 60% power. Serve in slices, hot, with ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
