EASY ZUCCHINI BAKE 
4-6 zucchini squash, sliced
2-3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
Savory salt
Black pepper
Bread crumbs or grated Parmesan cheese

Cook squash until barely tender. Drain. Add butter. Shake in flour and mix it around to thicken, adding the beaten egg. Sprinkle savory salt and black pepper to taste. Pour into casserole and top with bread crumbs or grated Parmesan cheese. Place in oven at 350 degrees and bake for approximately 1/2 hour.
