MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
2 c. grated cheese
3 - 4 c. mashed potatoes (not instant)

Brown the ground beef, and drain off the fat. Add all the vegetables and the tomato sauce and simmer a few minutes. Pour into large casserole, cover with the potatoes and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with the cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer to melt the cheese.
