POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lb. potatoes or instant potatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 to 2 bunches green onions
Bacon bits

Peel and cook about 5 pounds potatoes. Drain potatoes and place about 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese, cut in small hot potatoes. Place lid on pan. While melting cheese, chop 1 to 2 bunches of green onions.

Mash potatoes with cheese, milk, and butter. After mashed, add green onions and Hormel Bacon Bits according to taste. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
