MOCK PATE 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. liver sausage
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt & pepper

Combine softened cream cheese and liver sausage until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in Saran Wrap lined bowl and chill. To serve, unmold on tray and surround with crackers or bread rounds. Makes 2 cups.
