MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped (minced) celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped (minced) onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. milk

Beat eggs with fork, fold in ground meat and stir together. Add corn flakes, onion, celery, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Add milk and blend with fork. Mix with hands and form into a loaf. Mixture should be slightly firm. Put into loaf pan and spread even with hands. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Leftover meatloaf makes good sandwiches.
