BERRIES AND CREAM PIE 
4 c. fresh berries (peaches are good, too)
2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cream (may use evaporated milk)
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Place berries or peaches in pie shell. Mix together all other ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for approximately 35 to 45 minutes. Crust will be nicely browned and filling set.
