MAYONNAISE BISCUITS 
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. self rising flour, Hudson Cream
Dash of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Add just enough water to make the dough cling together. Place dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle real good with more flour. Flour your hands real good to keep the dough from sticking to them. Cup the sides of your hands around just enough dough to make a biscuit. Place biscuits in a greased pan. Brush each one on top with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
