MEATLESS CHILI 
2 c. canned kidney beans
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. tofu (cubed into 1/2" pieces)
1 1/2 c. corn
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Drain kidney beans. Place tofu in a baking dish. Bake tofu in oven at 400 degrees until brown. Heat oil in saucepan. Saute tofu and onions. Add green peppers, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, corn and kidney beans. Simmer for 30 minutes. 6 servings.
