CARAMEL CORN 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. honey
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring to a boil and boil 6 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar, salt, and soda. While still foaming, pour over corn. Stir until well coated. Pour on cookie sheet and bake one hour at 200 degrees.
