BURGER - TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 1 can of water
15 oz. (or more) pkg. frozen tater tots
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Season with salt and pepper. Add soup and water. Mix well. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cover with tater tots. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. When tater tots have browned, cover with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
