BUSTER BAR CAKE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 pkg. (1 lb.) Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted

Crush entire package of Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Spread out in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

NEXT LAYER:

1 half gallon vanilla ice cream

Spread ice cream over cookie crust mixture. You may have to soften ice cream a little to spread.

NEXT LAYER:

1 1/2 c. lightly salted peanuts

Sprinkle peanuts over vanilla ice cream. Store the above in freezer until below sauce is prepared and cooled completely.

TOP LAYER:

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan over low heat or in a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring constantly. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add evaporated milk and vanilla. Cool and use as the top layer.

Makes 10-12 servings.
