AUNT HELEN'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
2 c. celery, cubed
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. light cream or evaporated milk
Potato chips
Paprika

Mix all ingredients together and put in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Cover thickly with crushed potato chips. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Great for using leftover chicken.
