ONE POT PASTA PRIMAVERA 
12 oz. linguini
2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1 c. one inch pieces asparagus
2 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. Chinese snow peas
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. softened butter
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bring large pot of water to boil. Add linguini. Boil 7 minutes. Gradually, so water does not stop boiling, add broccoli and asparagus. Cook two minutes. Gradually add zucchini and snow peas. Cook 3 minutes longer. Mix half & half, cheese, and butter in large serving bowl (warmed). Drain pasta and vegetables and put in bowl. Toss to coat with cream mixture. Serves 4.
