CHEESE AND PASTA IN A POT 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, stewed
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 pkg. sliced Provolone cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

Cook beef in fry pan; drain. Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and drained mushrooms; mix well. simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Pour 1/2 shells in deep casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 of the meat-tomato sauce. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream over the sauce. Top with slices of Provolone cheese. Repeat process ending with the Mozzarella cheese. Cover casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove cover. Continue baking until cheese melts and browns slightly.
