YUMMY DESSERT 
1 Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow)
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
2 sm. (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2-3/4 c. Angel Flake coconut (opt.)

Prepare Jiffy cake mix as directed. Pour into 9"x13" baking dish and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until done. (Will be a thin layer.) Let cool. Soften cream cheese and gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add pudding and beat until thick. Drain pineapple and sprinkle over cooled cake. Spoon pudding mixture over this. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut over top. Serves 15.
