YUMMY PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 can pumpkin
2 cans evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. walnuts
1 or 2 cubes of butter

Beat eggs slightly and add rest of the ingredients in order thru ginger. Butter a large baking pan and pour in pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and add walnuts. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until knife comes out clean. Serve slightly warm with whipped cream. Pumpkin pie filling can be used instead of the above.
