APRICOT CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. apricot preserves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. sat
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tsp. lemon juice

Cook carrots until tender. Mix all else and toss the carrots in until they are well coated.
