BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. white rice, cooked
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli, steamed about 10 to 15 minutes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained (optional)
1 (8 oz.) jar cheese whiz
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. sharp cheddar, grated

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except Cheddar. Pour into greased 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle Cheddar over top. Bake uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 people.
