PLUM CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil
2 jars Gerber baby food plums with tapioca
3 eggs, whole
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine oil and sugar, then add eggs and beat with mixer. Add all dry ingredients and blend in well. Add plums last and stir in well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes (use tubular pan).

GLAZED TOPPING:

Let 1/2 stick butter soften. Add canned cream to thin and 1/2 box powdered sugar until consistency is right to drizzle over top of cake and run down sides.
