BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. rice
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1 c. buttered bread crumbs, for topping

Melt butter and saute onion. Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl except buttered crumbs. Place ingredients in casserole dish and top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 or more.
