MOLHO CRU (SAUCE FOR FISH AND
SEAFOOD) --ANGOLA
 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 c. green onions, including tops, snipped
4 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. water

Combine, then grind or process all ingredients into a paste. Chill. Serve over fish or other seafood. Makes about 1/2 cup.
