NO BAKE YUM YUM COOKIES | |
2 sticks butter 1 pkg. graham crackers 1/2 c. milk 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 c. coconut 1 c. graham cracker crumbs Line 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt 2 sticks butter. Beat together 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk. Add to butter. Bring mixture to boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring as it boils). Remove from heat and add 1 cup crumbs, 1 cup nuts, 1 cup coconut. Mix well. Pour over bottom layer of crackers. Put a layer of whole crackers over warm mixture. Frost crackers with butter cream frosting. Chill overnight, at least. TOPPING: 1/4 c. butter 2 c. XXX sugar 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla |
