MARINATED HALIBUT STEAKS 
2 lbs. halibut steaks
3/4 c. dry white wine
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 pinch basil
1 pinch thyme
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Line a baking pan with foil. Combine all ingredients except fish and butter in pan. Moisten one side of the steak in the mixture. Marinate steaks at least one hour in mixture. Turn steak over and dot with butter. Broil until fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not turn. Be careful not to overcook.
