CHICKEN SALAD DELUXE 
1 1/2 c. precooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. boiling water
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. French dressing
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. celery
1 c. orange sections, drained and diced
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Combine rice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and boiling water; mix just enough to moisten rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove cover and cool to room temperature.

Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, pepper and remaining salt; mix well. Combine chicken, celery, orange sections and walnuts; stir in mayonnaise mixture. Add rice and mix lightly. Chill 1 hour before serving.
