PINEAPPLE CHICKEN | |
Sliced pineapple, drained Sliced green pepper 3/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. sugar 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 1/2 lbs. chicken fryer cut into pieces Mix vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and bring to boil (will thicken). Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 13 x 9 inch pan, and bake for 45 minutes. Turn chicken, arrange pineapple and green pepper on top. Pour syrup over top and bake for 45 more minutes. |
