1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. strawberry or raspberry gelatin
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed (2 c.)

Drain pineapple juice; set aside. Mix all ingredients together and put in refrigerator to set. (Use low pyrex dish.) Recipe can be doubled for large group.
