WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. white chocolate (melted)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
2 1/2 c. cake flour (sift first)
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Makes 3 layers.

FILLING:

2/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. orange juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. orange rind
1 tbsp. butter

Spread on top of cake.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla

Beat with electric beater.
