WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. oatmeal
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 egg whites
1/4 c. powdered sugar
15 oz. white chocolate, melted
1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Put dry ingredients in blender and blend. Add butter. Pat into springform pan.

Beat egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff. Mix together next three ingredients, then fold in egg white mixture. Pour into crust and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.

Mix together 2 cups sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over top and bake 5 minutes longer.
