EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
2 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 bottle Ranch dressing (16 oz.)

Parboil potatoes and slice, leaving skins on. In casserole pan or cake pan layer 1/2 potatoes, cheese and dressing, then layer the rest of potatoes, cheese and dressing. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

You can use half cheddar and half Swiss, be sure to use cheddar not Colby as that is too greasy.
