EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hashed browned, partially thawed
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can French fried onion rings
Salt & pepper
1 can evaporated milk

Combine potatoes, soup, milk and 1/2 of onions. Pour in a greased casserole. Season to taste. Cover and bake in a 400 degree oven, 45 minutes. Put rest of onions on top and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 4 to 6.
