CHEESIE POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, boil with skins on, cool & cube
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon, fry & crumble
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. cubes

Mix all ingredients together so potatoes are coated with the mayonnaise. Store covered in refrigerator overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

This recipe is great because all the mess occurs the day before it's served.
