MEXICAN DORITO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
small onion
green pepper
shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mild enchilada sauce sauce
large bag doritos
1 small can evaporated milk

Brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Drain. Mix soups, sauce, milk, and cheese in pan. Add meat and chips. Blend together.

Bake in oven at 350°FF for about 20 - 30 min.
