CHICKEN AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked, boned and chopped
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild and long grain rice, cooked as directed on box
1 can French style green beans, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 tbsp. pimientos
2 tbsp. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake uncovered, 350 degrees, 30 minutes.
