BARBECUED ROAST FOR SANDWICHES 
2 pot roasts, browned
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 sm. onions, diced
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. catsup
3 c. water

Mix sauce ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes. Pour over roasts and bake for 3 1/2 hours at 200 degrees until meat is tender. Shred meat with 2 forks and stir into sauce. Serve on buns.
