“CELERY SEED DRESSING” IS IN:

CELERY SEED DRESSING 
2/3 cup good quality wine or cider vinegar
1 tsp. English style dry mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups light olive, peanut or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon celery seed
few grains of whole black pepper
pinch of red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender and pulse for several seconds. While blender is running, trickle in oil slowly through the feed cap until mixture is thick.

Makes about 2 3/4 cups or about 9 scant 1/3-cup servings, approximately 175 calories per serving.
