MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 c. green grapes
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. uncooked shell or ring macaroni
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cream, whipped or 1 c. Cool Whip

Combine chicken, onion and salt. Refrigerate several hours. Add grapes, celery and oranges, almonds, cooked macaroni and salad dressing. To chicken mixture. Mix well and refrigerate. Add whipped cream just before serving.
