CREAM PUFFS 
PUFFS:

1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs

ICING:

1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. water (boiling)

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks or 2 beaten whole eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

PUFFS: Heat water and butter to boil in saucepan. Stir in flour over low heat until mixture forms ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time, until smooth. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet (size of walnut). Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool slowly away from drafts.

FILLING: Mix sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat and stir until it boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir over half of mixture into eggs. Blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Bring just to boil.

ICING: Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Blend in sugar and water and beat until smooth.
