HERB BUTTER 
Cream 1/2 cup sweet butter with minced fresh herbs (3 tablespoons fresh dill, 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon, or 2 tablespoons minced chives), 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Dot many vegetables such as green beans, summer squash, broccoli and asparagus with this butter just before serving. It's also good on broiler steak, chops or chicken.
