HAMBURGER CRUST PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped onion (or more)
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix together. Mold into pie pan to cover bottom and sides. Put lid over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove lid and bake for 3 minutes.

Precook 2 cups mixed vegetables, seasoning, and 1 cup of fresh or cooked tomatoes. Pour into meat shell. Garnish with green peppers and return to oven. Bake for 20 minutes more.
