MAGIC CRUST QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
1 c. natural Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers. Should be golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
