SHORTS' HAM ROLL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. boiled ham
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Grated onion
Either parsley or chives flakes

Let cream cheese reach room temperature or soft enough to mix with onions to taste. Sprinkle chives or parsley into mixture. Spread equal amounts on ham slices.

Roll up jelly roll fashion from long side. Wrap long rolls in saran wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice each roll into 8 pieces. These can be made 6-8 days ahead by leaving rolls in refrigerator before slicing.
