PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Brown beef; drain. Spoon into an 8 inch square pan. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Mix biscuit mix, milk and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
