CHICKEN WILD RICE SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. wild rice, cooked and cold
1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. fresh broccoli florets
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped

Mix mayonnaise and curry powder in 2 1/2 quart bowl. Add wild rice, peas, broccoli, nuts, and green onions. Toss and refrigerate at least one hour.
