PEACH CRUMBLE | |
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter, melted Place drained peaches in a buttered 9 inch pie pan. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut butter into mixture with a pastry blender, until mixture resembles a "coarse meal". Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Yields: 4 to 6 servings. |
