PEACH CRUMBLE PIE 
3 c. peeled and sliced peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix well and place in pie shell.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
3 to 4 tbsp. soft butter

Combine all ingredients. Use fork to mix to crumb consistency. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Lower heat then to 300 degrees and bake 10 to 20 minutes until filling bubbles.
