CRUMBLY PEACH PIE 
1 (9 inch) shell, unbaked
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
6 to 8 fresh peaches, halved
1/4 c. water

Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly. Spread half of the mixture into bottom of pastry lined pan. Arrange peach halves, cut side down, over crumbs. Add water and bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees and then 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
