PEACH CRUMBLE | |
1 c. sugar 1 beaten egg 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 c. sour cream 1 c. milk 2 c. fresh peaches, sprinkled with lemon juice Line an 8x12 inch cookie sheet with foil, grease. Mix sugar, egg, and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Let nut mixture cool and then coarsely crumble. Put half the crumbled nut mixture into 6 sherbet glasses. Top with remaining ingredients and chill. |
