BAKED SPAGHETTI 
Onion
Bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper
Bay leaf
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. pepper sauce
1 jar chopped mushrooms
1 can chopped tomatoes

Saute onion and bell pepper in skillet. Brown and drain ground beef. Add rest of ingredients. Let simmer 1 hour.

Boil spaghetti until done; drain. Spread half of spaghetti in 9 x 13 pan. Pour half of sauce on spaghetti; top with Mozzarella cheese. Repeat process and top with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake uncovered in 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
