ITALIAN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag Italian frozen vegetables
1 c. croutons
1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. (or less) melted butter

Combine vegetables and soup. Spread cheese over top. Layer croutons over cheese. Dribble butter over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
